PLEASE NOTE: Roster requests must be received through this form at least ONE MONTH before the first game of the tournament, exhibition, or scrimmage.
Any roster request made less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event will be subject to a $200 fine (due and payable by the team)
In addition, any request for a change to an approved tournament roster that is submitted less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will be subject to a $100 fine (due and payable by the team)
Changes may not be made to a tournament roster within seven (7) days of the first game of the event.
